I love to please my clients! I am really humbled to have found a job where I make so many new friends, am invited into their families for a brief moment, to share the most important day of their lives. All the while, doing what I love the best, making great images of them that they will want to share for years. I thought I would just share this recent e mail from one of our proud clients from late last year.
Jeff and Trish,
I cannot say enough about what you accomplished for Jayme and I at our wedding! The engagement session was the most fun and you captured the most amazing photos of our family and friends and all just as we hoped for, fun, peaceful and energetic all at the same time. I mean you laid on the ground at 9pm in November for the moon shot? Amazing!!! I feel as if my experience with you both will benefit Jayme and I for a lifetime, not only because of the beautiful pictures but because we gained two wonderful christian friends along the way. Your passion for your art inspires me. Bravo my friend.
Cindy
Like I said, I Love my job!!

Florida Wrap up
Wow,
we are back from the big Imaging USA/ Florida Vacation trip. The third day was definatley best for last, I saw the fabulous David Jay, Tim Kelly, Clay Blackmore, and Denis Reggie. After the show on Wednesday, we were going to take the kids to Disney, but a bad accident closed down the highway for the day forcing us to change our plan. Instead, we went over to Saint Augustine to see the light house, and took the kids to see the Ripley's Believe it or not! Museum.
After some quality beach time, we went up to Georgia and got a quick peek at Jekyll Island. What a quiet, secluded little community, a great place to retire. Then it was the power drive back home, but we arrived Saturday afternoon.
Here is a quick slide show for you all, it's good to be back home.

Imaging USA Day 2
The second day began early again with more great seminars, but the most impressive part of the day was getting to see Jerry Ghionis. He is a master of the art of wedding photography. That hall was standing room only, and loud! I learned a lot of new tricks to make our work really fresh this year!
I took the afternoon off after showing the kids around the exhibit hall and went ti a delicious sunset dinner on the deck at Channelside on the bay.
One last day of intensive training and then it's off to see the big mouse!

Imaging USA Day 1
I survived the first big day at Imaging USA in Tampa, Fla. It was an early start at 6:00 to be in the first class by 7. There were 3 classes before 12, I saw Kalen Henderson, JB and DeEtte Sallee as well as the fabulous Viki & Jed Taufer of V Gallery. One evening class with Yervant was just awe inspiring.
The morning flew by as I attempted to simply retain everything that was thrown at me. Then there was the GIANT tradeshow. Every vendor imaginable was there from Nikon to our pro lab White House Custom Color, who sponsored V Gallery and our album partners, Asukabook, Leather Craftsmen and Collages.net. Lots of stuff to see and do, I walked away with 20 pounds of catalogues, DVD's, flyers and hand outs. All in all it was great, and wrapped up with a swanky party at the Mariott complete with a pirate band. Taking the shuttle back across town to our own suite at the Mariott Residence Inn, I am calling it a night, only to get up and do it again tomorrow!

Savannah.
We decided to take it easy today and stopped in Savannah, Ga. before trucking on down to Tampa tomorrow for P.P.A's Imaging U.S.A. conference. Making a quick stop over in old town Savannah, we took in a few sights and got a glimpse of the old Colonial cemetery before we left. We hope to get an early start tomorrow, and hit Tampa early. See you then!

Tampa Baby!

Friday we kick off 2008 in grand fashion with a ...12 hour road trip!! Woohoo! We will be taking the family down to Tampa, Florida for a great week of relaxing and seminar study at Imaging USA.
This is a great 3 day intensive for professional photographers to learn from some of the most talented and successful photographic artists in the world! I hope that this will really jump start us for the new year with new techniques and skills. Then it's off to see the sights, we plan to get Sara & John to visit Disney World and do some snorkeling and sight seeing. Check back this week end as we will be posting updates from the trip!
Final wedding of 2007
Morgan & Nathan were our highly anticipated first Christmas wedding, and what a stylish event it was! After spending the morning at the Salon with the bride and her mother, we kept a tight schedule, meeting the bridesmaids at the Inn at Trivium, getting some quick dress shots and then it was off to the church!
We met at Rivermont Evangelical Presbyterian to get ready for the ceremony. This is a large historical church that was just perfect for this wedding, the ceremony went flawlessly, and was quite moving. Then we sped back to the Inn at Trivium for the reception. I must say, I have really enjoyed the short time that we have known Nathan & Morgan, they are wonderful, honest people from solid Christian backgrounds, I pray that they have a beautiful life together, as they grow in their walk with the Lord and each other. Thanks to everyone involved for making this a great end to our 2007 wedding season. God Bless and Happy New Year!!
